Matthias Friedrich, Universitätsassistent (Postdoc)
Matthias Friedrich is an archaeologist working on material and visual culture from late Antiquity throughout the Middle Ages, with a particular focus on the early medieval period. He holds a BA from the University of Bonn, a MA and PhD in Archaeology from the University of Freiburg, and a MA (by research) in History of Art from the University of York.
