Staff members
The Department of Prehistoric and Historical Archaeology includes three professors and currently eleven scientific staff members, a photographer, a graphics illustrator, four restorers and three administrative staff. The Department is thus among the largest centers of its type in the German-speaking area.
The scientific staff covers all areas of human (pre-)history; a special focus is additionally placed on landscape archaeology and prospection.
