Staff members

The Institute for Prehistory and Historical Archaeology comprises three professorships and currently employs eleven additional academic staff, a photographer, a graphic designer, four restorers and three administrative staff. This makes the institute one of the largest institutions in the German-speaking world.

The scientists' specializations cover all areas of human history, with a particular focus on landscape archaeology and prospecting.
